Presciense Demonstrates Smart Home and Energy Management Platform with Sercomm at CES

This week, Presciense, a leader in smart home automation, will be demonstrating its Smart Home and Energy management platform, hardware and applications at CES 2016 with Sercomm Corporation. You may have heard about the exciting new technology that gets released at this show in this BBC article – well Presciense is there too, along with its partner, Sercomm.

Together the companies offer a comprehensive range of products and services that today can detect fire and or flood, monitor the home through cameras and trigger alarms and remotely provide report alerts. The platform is also being used in the UK to control Gas & Electricity consumption to help families save energy and reduce their costs. Presciense provides an integrated platform, so all devices in the home, including pre-existing smart home devices, can be viewed through one platform – be it on a mobile device or laptop. This offers a complete home automation solution to service provider customers.”

Demonstrations will take place at the CES 2016 in Las Vegas by appointment. Presciense’s smart-home solutions are aimed at service providers and utility companies and according to the latest market research, by 2020 alone some 230 million homes worldwide – almost 15 percent of all households – will feature smart-home technologies.
